Garden Rooms Christmas Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   o Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
   o Winner must provide a valid UK delivery address.
2. Prize:
   o The prize is the one specific garden room as described in the competition
   promotion.
   o No cash alternative, substitutions, or exchanges.
3. Delivery:
   o Free delivery within 30 miles of the Garden Rooms Scotland showroom
   in Dumfries.
   o Deliveries beyond 30 miles will incur a surcharge, payable by the winner.
   o Winner must ensure suitable access, ground conditions and space for delivery
   and positioning of the garden room.
4. Installation & Add-Ons:
   o The prize does not include electrics, heating, or any other upgrades.
   o Additional features can be purchased separately at the winner’s cost.
5. Condition, Warranty & Liability:
   o The garden room is supplied as-is with no warranty or guarantee.
   o Once delivered, Garden Rooms Scotland accepts no responsibility for
   maintenance, damage, installation conditions, weather impact, structural
   issues, or any other loss or deterioration.
   o Garden Rooms Scotland shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or
   consequential loss arising from the prize, delivery, or use of the garden room.
6. Winner Selection & Disqualification:
   o Winners will be chosen as stated in the competition post.
   o Garden Rooms Scotland reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who
   breaches these terms or attempts to manipulate or misuse the competition.
7. Promoter Rights:
   o Garden Rooms Scotland may amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at
   any time if necessary.
   o By entering, winners agree to allow their first name, general location, and
   photo/video of the delivered garden room to be used for promotional purposes
   (unless prohibited by law).
8. Data Use:
   o Personal information will be used only for administering the competition and
   delivery of the prize and will not be shared externally except where required
   for prize fulfilment.
9. Agreement:
