Garden Rooms Express range provide the complete self-assembly garden room kit which you can put together within 24 hours.
Made using highest quality QuadCore Insulated panels on the roof, walls and floor, they provide an insulated Garden Room using modern composite construction technique.
Their unique channel installation method eliminates the need for a timber or steel frame substructure, the speed of build means the Garden Room can be installed by a competent DIYer within 1 day, creating a watertight building whatever the weather.

Express Range DIY Kit
Our Express Range is available in 6 sizes and each DIY pack comes as a complete kit (including tea bags and snacks) to provide a weathertight structure, but does not include the base or door. Do get in touch with us for information on these. A good DIYer can construct this structure within 24 hours, we recommend that you will need two people as a minimum to build this successfully.
Delivery, Doors, Bases, Electrics and Electrical connection are not included.
