Our bespoke garden rooms come in a range of different styles and configurations and are designed to be low-maintenance and insulated, making them perfect for all-year-round use. As standard, our buildings come with a metal composite roof, UPVC windows and doors and Western Red Cedar cladding for a touch of luxury.

A garden room annexe is a sought-after feature which can be used to accommodate family or rented out for additional income. If you decide to sell your house in the future, 70% of the cost of your garden room annex will be added to the value of your property.
