Under permitted development, you are allowed to build on up to 50% of your rear garden as long as the building complies with the permitted development rules and regulations.

It would take up between 7-10 days before your building would be ready for use, depending on the size of your garden room.

Yes, we now offer finance through Ideal4Finance.

There are 3 stage payments:

40% Initial Deposit – This secures your order and allows us to commence manufacturing of your garden room.
40% Pre-Delivery – This mid payment is taken due before delivery.
20% Completion – The final payment is due on completion of your garden room.

If you decide to apply for finance and your application is successful, we will take a 80% payment.
