Case Study: Mrs S

What was the main reason that led you to choose Garden Rooms (Scotland) Ltd over anyone else?

My main reason for choosing Garden Rooms (Scotland) Ltd in Dumfries was that my project involved a large annexe to replace a dilapidated building, & the company had many years of experience as house builders, not just producing small garden buildings.

How did we help you in dealing with the decisions you had to make in selecting and designing your perfect garden room?

They readily came for a site visit to assess possibilities, & using my requirements, drew up designs, & involved a trusted architect to ensure necessary specifications were going to be met.

What did you think of our customer service throughout the process, from design to the completion of your garden room?

Customer service throughout was excellent. Workmen on site were very professional.

What are the advantages you can now enjoy by using one of our garden rooms?

The advantages I now enjoy are a light-filled, easy to heat craft area, plus guest room facilities for visitors.

What would you say to other people considering choosing Garden Rooms (Scotland) Ltd to design and build their garden room?

I’m very happy to recommend Garden Rooms (Scotland) Ltd, to design & build any size of garden room/building.
