Case Study: Mrs J

What was the main reason that led you to choose Garden Rooms (Scotland) Ltd over anyone else?

We chose Garden Rooms (Scotland) Ltd as we were very impressed by Lee and Joe during our initial visit to their office in Dumfries. They were also able to complete the job in time for Christmas.

How did we help you in dealing with the decisions you had to make in selecting and designing your perfect garden room?

Joe came to our house and helped us with all our decisions, including potential problems with the site, making suggestions along the way.

What did you think of our customer service throughout the process, from design to the completion of your garden room?

We found the customer service to be excellent.

What are the advantages you can now enjoy by using one of our garden rooms?

We use the garden room a lot; as soon as the sun comes out, the room heats up, even when the house is cold. My basil plants love it too.

What would you say to other people considering choosing Garden Rooms (Scotland) Ltd to design and build their garden room?

I would recommend that anyone considering building a garden room should contact Garden Rooms (Scotland) Ltd.
