What was the main reason that led you to choose Garden Rooms (Scotland) Ltd over anyone else?

We viewed various garden room websites and ultimately chose Garden Rooms (Scotland) Ltd over the others due to them being a local company and based on the reviews on their website at the time. We also met up with Joe and Lee early on and felt confident that they could provide us with the garden room we wanted. Both seemed very professional and informative regarding what Garden Rooms (Scotland) Ltd could offer us and how we could achieve everything we desired for our room. There was never any hard sales talk, this also greatly inforced our decision.

How did we help you in dealing with the decisions you had to make in selecting and designing your perfect garden room?

Right from the beginning of our design, Joe and Lee patiently listened to everything we wanted in our garden room and took our wishes on board. They allowed us a free rein on the design and provided (and changed) plans regularly to meet our specifications and requirements. We met regularly to discuss the progress of the plans and some of the added intricacies that we requested. Joe came out to our home to measure up and provided advice on location, size, materials, costs, timescales and planning requirements.

What did you think of our customer service throughout the process, from design to the completion of your garden room?

Customer service by both Joe and Lee was excellent throughout. We had regular meetings with both, as well as telephone and e-mail conversations as and when required. We were always kept up to date on the progress from the design and planning stages right through to the completion of our garden room. The construction team were a great bunch of hard-working guys who regularly consulted with us throughout the construction.

What are the advantages you can now enjoy by using one of our garden rooms?  

We have used our garden room as a spare room for guests, for exercise and yoga, as a quiet space for reading and as a party room on a couple of occasions when entertaining friends.

What would you say to other people considering choosing Garden Rooms (Scotland) Ltd to design and build their garden room?

We would highly recommend Garden Rooms (Scotland) Ltd to meet all of your garden room requirements – from design and planning through construction and for aftercare following its completion. It is best to have ideas of all required finishes to the garden room, both inside and out, right at the beginning of the process as it may take longer if materials for new ideas need to be ordered during construction.
